RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sale transactions are final. We do not provide refunds for unwanted items. Exchanges are permitted provided the items are in its original intact conditions and subject to availability of replacement items. Returned products can be exchanged for other products of the same or higher value. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange.
Only electronic product like My Robot Time is entitled for 1-1 exchange if there is manufacturing defects. If your product has manufacturing defects please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of your purchase and we will deal with it on a case-by-case basis. Any case of late reporting in this instance will not be entertained. The defected item must be in its original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable and a brief description on the fault of the product. For defected item, we will be responsible for the extra delivery cost.
In most cases, our products are available for ordering unless specified otherwise. However, should the product you have ordered be unavailable due to insufficient stock or product discontinuation, you may choose to either accept a longer delivery lead time until the new stock arrives or in the case of product discontinuation, select another product of the same value. However, if you prefer a refund, we’ll process the refund via PayPal.
